If within 30 days of purchase you are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase, less any shipping costs. All we ask is that you let us know why you were not satisfied with our product—this will help us improve our products and offerings. To get the process started, please fill out our Refund Form to arrange for a refund and return of unused product. Of course, you can always call our customer care too at 855-577-3738. We are happy to help.
For our autoship customers, you may cancel your subscription at any time either by calling us at 855-577 3738 or clicking the “Cancel My Subscription” link in your monthly recurring sales receipt that is emailed to you from email@example.com. Please note that we must receive your cancellation request at least 7 business days before your ship date.
